Lisa Carey, CFP® is a financial advisor with GEM Asset Management, LLC. Lisa has been with GEM since 2012. She brings more than 14 years of experience in the financial services profession. Lisa assists all types of clients with their financial planning and investment needs. Lisa’s primary focus is building and preserving client wealth by providing comprehensive financial planning solutions. Lisa is responsible for researching client issues and preparing and presenting financial plans at GEM. Her areas of concentration include education planning, employee and employer retirement plan benefits and pre and post-retirement distribution planning. Lisa also has specialized expertise in working with women in transition including widowed and retirement-focused individuals. Lisa is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Lisa graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. The happy mother of two boys, Lisa enjoys actively involved with her family in school, church and sports activities.
